CrewTimeline Privacy Policy
CrewTimeline is a crew scheduling tool for construction and industrial teams. This page explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
What we collect
- Account information: when you sign in with Google, Microsoft or an email link, we receive your email address and display name from that provider. We never see or store your password.
- Schedule data: the jobs, crew members, vacations, overtime and notes that you and your coworkers enter into the app.
- Activity log: a record of changes made in the app (for example, a job added or moved) together with who made them and when.
How it is used
This information is used only to sign you in, decide what you are allowed to see and change, show your company's schedule, and keep an audit trail of changes. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your schedule data is visible only to people at your organization who have been approved to use CrewTimeline. Our hosting and database providers (Supabase and Netlify) process data on our behalf to run the service.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your organization uses CrewTimeline. To have your account or data removed, contact the CrewTimeline administrator for your organization, or email support@crewtimeline.com.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
